Standard photo delivery is within 24–48 hours. Delivery dates for videos, tours, and staging are confirmed in your quote. Editing revisions cover changes to the agreed deliverables; new concepts, reshoots, and extra deliverables are quoted separately.

04 — THE STORY BEHIND MASAO

His belief.
My beginning.

Masao was my dad’s middle name.

He believed in me. After he passed away, the support he left behind helped me buy the equipment to begin turning my creativity into something real.

I named Masao Media in his honor. It’s a way to carry his name forward, and a reminder to put care and intention into what I create.

My name is Chase Lihilihi, and I’m the person behind the camera. Originally from Hawaii and now based in Las Vegas, I bring a background in hospitality and a personal approach to every project. Today, I’m building this business by helping people share the stories behind their spaces, their brands, and their work.
